目的观察正常育龄妇女月经周期中不同阶段血浆甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(Met-Enk)水平。方法血浆Met-Enk放免测定法。结果正常育龄妇女排卵期Met-Enk水平最高,为1438.21ng·L-1±198.81ng·L-1;而黄体期较低,为407.01ng·L-1±108.43ng·L-1。结论内源性Met-Enk在月经周期的调节中有重要作用
Objective To observe the plasma levels of methionine and enkephalin (Met-Enk) at different stages of menstrual cycle in normal women of childbearing age. Methods Plasma Met-Enk radioimmunoassay. Results The level of Met-Enk in ovulation stage of normal women of childbearing age was the highest (1438.21ng · L-1 ± 198.81ng · L-1), while the low luteal phase was 407.01ng · L-1 ± 108.43ng · L- 1. Conclusion Endogenous Met-Enk plays an important role in the regulation of the menstrual cycle
