所谓ERP指的就是企业资源规划系统,通过系统化进行管理思想,并决策运行的管理平台。在企业的信息管理当中,作为人力资源的信息化管理则是重要的组成部分,通过ERP人力资源系统的应用对人员管理进行整合、规范以及集成人事数据等,从而实现了信息的准确性、及时性以及高效的规范化进行优化配置,而人力资源也是企业的核心力量,并且在市场化日益竞争激烈的今天更为突显出其战略价值。因此,ERP人力资源系统在信息技术以及与先进的管理思想相结合于并用,合理的调配资源,已经成为企业管理的最大财富,也是信息时代的发展的基石,对此,必须要加以合理的应用以及大力推广,从而发挥它的价值所在。
