光学自由曲面可以实现特殊的成像效果,给光学设计提供了更大的自由度,计算机控制加工方法可以在低精度设备上加工出高精度的光学自由曲面。自由曲面的形面检测是决定其最终加工精度的关键因素。本文讨论了自由曲面的形面检测方法,研究了自由曲面的坐标测量法,提出了快速自由曲面坐标测量法,并进行了验证。结果表明采用快速自由曲面测量法可以大大缩短测量时间,测量精度在测量机的精度范围内。
Optical freeform surface can achieve a special imaging effect, to provide greater freedom of optical design, computer-controlled machining methods can be processed in low-precision equipment, high-precision optical free-form surface. Freeform surface detection is to determine the final processing accuracy of the key factors. This paper discusses the surface detection method of freeform surface, studies the coordinate measuring method of freeform surface, puts forward the fast freeform surface coordinate measuring method, and verifies it. The results show that the use of rapid free-form surface measurement method can greatly shorten the measurement time, measurement accuracy in the measuring machine accuracy range.
