为了解鬼臼毒素对昆虫神经系统的影响,采用胞外记录电生理方法观察了4种鬼臼毒素类似物对美洲大蠊Periplaneta americana中枢神经自发放动作电位的影响。结果显示:在0.1 mmoL/L的浓度下,4种物质对美洲大蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位的作用不同。脱氧鬼臼毒素可完全抑制美洲大蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位的产生,其抑制作用可逆;β-阿朴苦鬼臼毒素对美洲大蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位的作用是先兴奋后抑制;鬼臼毒素对美洲大蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位有抑制作用,其抑制作用不完全;4’-去甲鬼臼毒素对大蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位无影响。结果提示,4种鬼臼毒素类似物对昆虫中枢神经自发放动作电位的影响方式与其结构官能团密切相关。
In order to understand the effect of podophyllotoxin on insect nervous system, the effect of four podophyllotoxin analogues on the self-acting potential of Periplaneta americana central nervous system was observed by extracellular recording electrophysiological method. The results showed that the effects of 4 substances on the self-releasing action potential of central nervous system of American cockroach were different at 0.1 mmoL / L. Deoxypodophyllotoxin can completely inhibit the generation of central nervous system self-releasing action potentials of Periplaneta americana, and its inhibitory effect is reversible. The effect of β-aconitine podophyllotoxin on self-releasing action potentials of the central nervous nerve of the American cockroach is that it is first excited and then inhibited; Podophyllotoxin had inhibitory effect on the self-releasing potential of central nervous system of Periplaneta americana and its inhibitory effect was not complete. 4’-demethyl-podophyllotoxin had no effect on the self-released action potentials of central nervous system of cockroach. The results suggest that the effect of four podophyllotoxin analogues on the autophagic potential of insect CNS is closely related to their functional groups.
