充血性心力衰竭(CHF)是一常见和复杂的临床综合征。纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)分级Ⅳ级者病死率可达50％。近年来国际上开始心脏再同步起搏术(cardiac resynchroni-zation pacing)治疗CHF的实验和临床研究,取得了良好的临床效果,为CHF的治疗提供了新途径。我院于2003年8月应用此项技术治疗1例CHF患者,报告如下。
Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a common and complex clinical syndrome. New York Heart Association (NYHA) grading Ⅳ grade mortality rate of up to 50%. In recent years, the international experimental and clinical study on cardiac resynchronization-pacing for CHF has achieved good clinical results and provided a new way for the treatment of CHF. Our hospital in August 2003 application of this technology to treat 1 patient with CHF, the report is as follows.
