针对某分节式电容液位计的虚拟自动装配技术进行了深入研究,提出了一种通过逐层选择方式来获得元件装配路径ID表的新方法。介绍并绘制了自动装配程序流程图,并以VC++语言为工具,开发了基于Pro/Toolkit的Pro/E自动装配程序。该自动装配技术与程序可以简化产品的装配过程,提高装配效率,节约产品开发的人力和时间成本,并增强产品市场竞争力。
Aiming at the virtual automatic assembly technology of a subdivided capacitance level gauge, a new method to get ID table of assembly path through layer by layer is proposed. Introduced and drawn automatic assembly process flow chart, and VC + + language as a tool to develop based on Pro / Toolkit Pro / E automatic assembly process. The automatic assembly technology and procedure can simplify the assembly process of the product, improve the assembly efficiency, save the labor and time cost of the product development, and enhance the market competitiveness of the product.
