在动力学数据的基础上确定了同时水解除铁、铜和锌二价离子净化低酸硫酸镍溶液的最佳条件。净化过的溶液中的铁、铜和锌残余量约等于或小于1mg/L。仅有9—11%的镍与混合物共沉淀。在Fe~2+:Cu~2+的摩尔比约为1的条件下,不添加氧化剂Fe~2+也能完全氧化。用X射线显微分析法、X射线衍射法和穆斯鲍尔谱法分析了该沉淀物。根据所获分析资料以及有关所有元素沉淀的动力学数据,提出了所研究的过程的机理。
On the basis of the kinetic data, the optimal conditions for simultaneous hydrolysis of iron, copper and zinc divalent ions to purify low acid nickel sulfate solution were determined. The residual amounts of iron, copper and zinc in the clarified solution are about 1 mg / L or less. Only 9-11% of nickel is coprecipitated with the mixture. Under the condition that the molar ratio of Fe ~ 2 +: Cu ~ 2 + is about 1, it can be completely oxidized without adding Fe 2 +. The precipitate was analyzed by X-ray microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Mauser Bauer spectroscopy. Based on the analysis data obtained and the kinetic data on the precipitation of all the elements, the mechanism of the process studied is presented.
