通过课堂观察,可以科学、理性地分析课堂教学,为改进课堂教学、促进学生的学习和教师的专业发展服务。课堂观察量表的设计是课堂观察活动的基础。在对南京市调研听课情况的广泛调查的基础上,经过数次修改,设计了包括教学目标、课堂活动和学习评价三个维度的高中英语课堂教学评价量表,并根据不同维度设置了相应的观察指标和观察点。结果表明,观察量表的运用对于完善高中英语课堂教学评价具有积极的意义。
