实习是学生迈向社会、步入工作岗位的有效过渡,通过实习,能帮助学生认识自身不足、认清即将面临的职场环境,抓紧时间做好准备。对于学前教育专业的学生来说,教育实习是学前教育专业“师范性”的象征,也是师范院校在教育工作中贯彻理论与实践相结合的具体体现,是实现人才培养目标必不可少的教学环节。而教育实习管理工作是实现教育实习目标的关键。目前,对于学生实习管理和策略问题,教育界尚未形成统一的定论,本文笔者就自身的教学管理经验提出几点个人看法,以供参考。
