一、加拿大社区学院的启迪去年三月,我参加了由国家体改委培训司组织的第三期院长(培训中心主任)考察团赴加拿大考察学习。考察回院后,我向本院师生、全省职教干部、教师学习班和江南财经管理干部学院师生先后作了访加报告,并在《华东经济管理》刊物上撰写文章,较为系统地介绍和宣传了加拿大社区学院为成年人提供受教育和就学机会的办学方法。作为成人教育,特别是管理干部教育,我们从加拿大社区学院的办学经验中,开阔了眼界,启发了思 I.
