系统分析了充液内螺旋翅片游动芯头在旋压过程中的润滑特性 .结果表明 :与传统内螺旋翅片游动芯头相比 ,充液内螺旋翅片游动芯头在旋压过程中可实现充液润滑状态 ;随着充液压力和轴向运动速度的增大 ,轴向拉力减小 ,其中充液压力对轴向拉力的影响较大 ;球形挡头和锥形入口模结构较好 .试验结果与理论分析基本一致 .
The characteristics of lubrication during the spinning process were systematically analyzed.The results show that compared with the trapezoidal core of the traditional internal helical fin, With the increase of filling pressure and axial velocity, the axial tensile force decreases, and the influence of hydraulic pressure on the axial tensile force is greater.
