研究在多种连续刺激模式作用下 ,人体肱二头肌的疲劳特性以及受试者的生理反应现象。利用自行研制的多功能 FNS肢体运动控制平台 ,以男性正常人曲肘运动为控制目标 ,将体表电极置于肱二头肌运动点上 ,通过 FNS运动状态测量装置 ,获取曲肘角位移与时间的关系曲线。实验结果表明 ,在任何一种刺激模式作用下 ,肱二头肌均呈现非线性时变特性 ;缓慢连续变化的刺激脉冲能有效地缓解肌肉疲劳程度 ;刺激脉冲频率应控制在 (30~ 5 0 ) Hz范围内。
To study the fatigue characteristics of human biceps and the physiological responses of the subjects under various continuous stimulation modes. Using the self-developed multi-functional FNS limb movement control platform, taking the normal elbow movement of male as the control target, the body surface electrode is placed on the movement point of the biceps, and the angular displacement of the elbow is obtained through the FNS movement state measuring device Time curve. The experimental results show that under any stimulus mode, the biceps exhibit nonlinear time-varying characteristics. The slow and continuous stimulation pulse can effectively relieve muscle fatigue. The stimulation pulse frequency should be controlled at (30 ~ 50 ) Hz range.
