在线外包是外包发展的最新形式,借助互联网技术驱动的在线外包市场能够使企业与全球外包服务商相联接。构建合理的信任机制是在线外包市场成功运行的关键要素。基于资源理论和在线市场理论,本文提出了一个在线外包市场信任形成机制的研究模型,并通过收集一个典型在线外包市场的数据对模型进行了实证研究。研究发现制度层面的信任对于在线外包使用起到了重要的所用,而市场信任在很大程度上取决于客户对于在线外包市场的资源属性和它作为交易中介的能力的感知,结论将对国内企业制定在线外包战略有重要参考价值,
Online outsourcing is the latest form of outsourced development that enables businesses to connect with global outsourced service providers through Internet-enabled online outsourcing markets. Building a reasonable trust mechanism is a key element in the successful operation of the online outsourcing market. Based on resource theory and online market theory, this paper proposes a research model of online outsourcing market trust formation mechanism and conducts empirical research on the model by collecting data from a typical online outsourcing market. The study found that system-level trust has played an important role in the use of online outsourcing, and market trust largely depends on the customer’s perception of the resource attributes of the online outsourcing market and its ability as a trading intermediary.
