妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期特有的疾病.我国发病率为9.4%～10.4%,多数患者表现为妊娠期出现高血压、蛋白尿症状,分娩后随即消失.该病严重影响母婴健康,是孕产妇和围生儿病率及死亡率的主要原因.其病因和发病机制目前尚不清楚,多数学者认为合理的学说有以下几种.
