本文从百合科洋葱的两种植物的鳞茎中分得二苯胺,并研究它们的提取物和二苯胺的降糖作用。将上述两植物的培养物以石油醚、乙醚、氯仿相继提取,并经物化、层析和光谱方法分离鉴定提取物,测定对家兔的口服降糖作用。从两植物培养物的乙醚提取物中得到少量白色结晶。物化、光谱测定与二苯胺相似,由于量太少,故生物试验以合成品进行。结果表明:两植物培养物的乙醚提取物中溶于石油醚的残渣有显著的降糖作用,其
In this paper, diphenylamine was obtained from the bulbs of two plants of Lilium onion, and their extracts and the hypoglycemic effect of diphenylamine were studied. The above two plant cultures were successively extracted with petroleum ether, diethyl ether and chloroform, and the extracts were separated and identified by physicochemical, chromatographic and spectroscopic methods to determine the oral hypoglycemic effect on rabbits. A small amount of white crystals were obtained from the ether extracts of both plant cultures. The physicochemical and spectroscopic determinations are similar to those of diphenylamine. Since the amount is too small, the biological test is carried out as a synthetic product. The results showed that the residue of the ether extract of the two plant cultures dissolved in petroleum ether had a significant hypoglycemic effect.
