“这个展览项目基于近来对万物有灵观这种惯常理解的去殖民化的尝试。展览质疑了现代假设出来的对生命和非生命、内在和外在现实、自然和文化的区分,而非研究所谓的万物有灵文化。现代性本身真的是建立在对万物有灵观的摒弃上吗?殖民化现代性的作用就如同让这些边界制度化和学科化的‘划界实践’吗?建立博物馆也算是现代对万物有灵观的抨击吗?展览还找到了现代性内部以现代科技媒介
”This exhibition project is based on a recent attempt to decolonize this commonly understood understanding of everything, questioning the distinction between life and non-life, internal and external reality, nature and culture assumed in modern times To study the so-called all-enlightened culture.How modernity itself is based on the objective abandonment of all things? Is colonization modernity acting like a ’demarcation practice’ that institutionalizes and disciplines these borders? Can a museum be regarded as a modern-day criticism of all things? The exhibition also found the interior of modern science and technology with modern technology
