通过室内实验,文章研究了不同粉煤灰掺量下桥梁用C50高性能混凝土的强度和耐久性能。试验结果表明,当固定水灰比时,一级粉煤灰的掺入会略微降低混凝土的28天强度,但对后期强度基本无影响。适量(20%以下)粉煤灰的掺入可以大幅提高混凝土的抗冻性和抗渗性,降低干缩量。最后通过总结室内实验结果和参考已有经验,推荐了桥梁混凝土的高性能化设计技术路线。
Through laboratory experiments, the article studied the strength and durability of C50 high performance concrete with different fly ash content. The experimental results show that when the water-cement ratio is fixed, the incorporation of first-grade fly ash slightly reduces the 28-day strength of concrete, but has little effect on the latter strength. Appropriate amount (less than 20%) of fly ash can greatly improve the incorporation of concrete frost resistance and impermeability, reduce dry shrinkage. Finally, by summarizing the indoor experimental results and reference to the existing experience, recommended high-performance design technology of bridge concrete.
