利用热弹塑性有限元法分析了钢锭模在使用过程中的热应力分布,并结合铸铁的高温应力—应变行为及铸铁在热—力循环载荷作用下组织结构与力学性能的变化规律,综合分析了热应力参数λ=σ_(th)/σ_b 在钢锭模整个使用过程中的演变历程。提出了钢锭模结构优化设计的基本思想。
The thermo-plastic finite element method is used to analyze the thermal stress distribution of the ingot mold during the working process. Combined with the high-temperature stress-strain behavior of cast iron and the change of microstructure and mechanical properties of the cast iron under the thermo-mechanical cyclic loading, The evolution of the thermal stress parameter λ = σ th (th) / σ b during the entire use of the ingot mold. The basic idea of steel ingot mold structure optimization design is put forward.
