Ten years ago I saw in Beijing a brown-haired German woman poet, Sabine Somme Campu, who showed me her German haiku translated by Zou Di-fan and I think she wrote a lot of flavor. I suggested that she translate some of her own haiku into English and I would like to translate them into Chinese. Later, I published these translations in the supplement to People’s Daily. “” “” “If I cut the tree / sun Zhizhi when the note as if / pity will thick shade error.” “Her haiku in the usual place to see Ingenuity, poetic heart, I have to say there is ”heart“ - ”harmony between man and nature" heart. Incidentally, I noticed that there were not many people who translated this translation. However, it is rare that Professor Qu Geping, the director of China’s environmental protection bureau, was later mentioned more than once and admired this group of translations.
