腹腔镜联合治疗子宫内膜异位症并不孕58例临床效果观察

目的探讨分析腹腔镜联合治疗子宫内膜异位症并不孕的临床效果。方法将我院2009年6月至2012年6月的58例子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 58例患者中共妊娠47例,总妊娠率为81.0%,与各期比较,无明显的差异性,P>0.05,无统计学意义;但是0-24周前与24-36周比较,0-24周的总妊娠率为87.2%,25-36周总妊娠率为12.8%,两者有明显的差异性,P<0.05,有统计学意义;术后的症状缓解率明显,总共达到89.6%,且Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期之间无明显的差异性,P>0.05;从复发的情况分析,Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期之间有明显的差异性,Ⅰ-Ⅱ期的复发率为0,而Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的复发率为15%。两者之间有明显的差异性,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜联合治疗子宫内膜异位症并不孕效果明确,疗效显著。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis and infertility. Methods The clinical data of 58 infertile women with endometriosis in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 58 patients, 47 were pregnant and the total pregnancy rate was 81.0%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but there was no significant difference between 0-24 weeks and 24-36 weeks -24 weeks, the total pregnancy rate was 87.2%, 25-36 weeks, the total pregnancy rate was 12.8%, both significantly different, P <0.05, statistically significant; Postoperative symptomatic relief rate was significantly, a total of 89.6 %, And there was no significant difference between stageⅠ-Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, P> 0.05; from the analysis of recurrence, there was a significant difference between stageⅠ-Ⅱ and stageⅢ-Ⅳ, Ⅰ-Ⅱ The recurrence rate was 0, while the recurrence rate was 15% in stage III-IV. There was a significant difference between the two, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis and infertility clear effect.
