根据文献方法 ,制作慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的动物模型。观察结肠康、柳氮磺胺吡啶 (SASP)治疗实验动物的慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎 (CNUC)前后的变化 ,并作统计学处理。结果表明 :结肠康治疗后模型动物的Ea RFC(活性E—玫瑰花环形成率 )、Et RFC(总E—玫瑰花环形成率 )、LTR(淋巴细胞转化率 )显著升高 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,IgG降低 ;SASP治疗后模型动物Ea RFC、Et RFC、LTR也显著升高 ,而IgG显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结肠康的疗效与SASP相近 (P >0 0 5 )。
According to literature methods, an animal model of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis was made. Observe the change of chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis (CNUC) before and after the treatment of colon-salt and sulfasalazine (SASP) and perform statistical analysis. The results showed that the Ea RFC (E-Rose rose formation rate), Et RFC (E-Rose rosette formation rate), and LTR (Lymphocyte Transformation Rate) of the model animals after treatment with Jiekangkang were significantly higher (P <0 0 5 Or P <0 01), IgG decreased; after treatment with SASP, the Ea RFC, Et RFC, and LTR of the model animals also increased significantly, while IgG significantly decreased (P <0 05). The efficacy of Jiexinkang was similar to SASP (P > 0 05).
