China’s accession to the WTO means that China’s economic activities should be conducted in accordance with the WTO’s international rules and that it means that China should participate more deeply and comprehensively in international competitions. Facing the increasingly serious and complex smuggling situation, our laws, regulations and anti-smuggling system should be perfected as soon as possible. All anti-smuggling departments should make clear the situation and take precautions to make adequate preparations.
