为了进一步提高航空发动机传动系统的可靠性,本文采用MASTA和ANSYS软件,通过分析齿轮传递误差,分析机匣箱体振动特性,实现在设计阶段对机匣箱体振动的预测,并进行了箱体结构的优化与分析。结果表明,该优化方法对机械系统箱体结构设计和改进具有一定的指导意义。
In order to further improve the reliability of aeroengine transmission system, MASTA and ANSYS software are used in this paper to analyze the transmission error of gearbox, analyze the vibration characteristics of the casebox, and realize the prediction of the vibration of the casebox in the design stage, Structure Optimization and Analysis. The results show that the optimization method is of guiding significance to the design and improvement of mechanical system box structure.
