1993年～1995年6月我院共收治重症流行性乙型脑炎(简称重症乙脑)31例。现总结分析如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:31例中男18人,女13人,年龄最大14岁,最小8个月,发病月份多在7、8月间。 1.2 诊断标准:根据楼方岑主编《传染病手册》(?)分型标准诊断。31例中重型29例,极重型2例。(?)中治愈27例。好转自动出院2例,2例极重型死亡。 1.3 临床表现:高热31例,呕吐20例,抽搐31例,腹泻16例,头痛9例,嗜睡21例,昏迷31例;颈
From 1993 to June 1995, 31 cases of severe encephalitis B (abbreviated as severe JE) were treated in our hospital.
