我国香菇代料栽培发展迅速,产菇季节集中于秋、冬、春,常出现供过于求。而6～9月却无菇应市,因此夏菇卖价较高。近年来,福建省的长汀、古田等县,采取菌筒埋地覆土反季节栽培.夏季获得朵大形美、肉厚、柄短的优质菇品,卖价是平常市价的2～5倍。
