本文研宽开发了一种适用于增压某油机自动控制的微处理装置。该装置以MCS-51单片机作为控制中心.采集发动机转速和增压压力两个基本参量,判断发动机所处工况,向执行机构发出命令,使受控装置处于当前工况所需的最佳位置.通过在舌形可变截面增压器的车用柴油机上实机试验,证明该装置可以及时、准确地进行随机自动控制。并且构成简易,实用性较强。
In this paper, a micro-processing device suitable for the automatic control of a certain booster engine is developed. The device to MCS-51 microcontroller as a control center. Collect two basic parameters of engine speed and supercharging pressure, judge the working condition of the engine, issue an order to the implementing agency to make the controlled device be in the best position required by the current working condition. Through the real machine test on the diesel engine of the tongue-shaped variable section supercharger, it proves that the device can perform random and automatic control timely and accurately. And constitutes a simple, practicality.
