标准操作程序在达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗流程中的应用

目的探讨达芬奇机器人手术器械的清洗方法。方法将泌尿外科使用的达芬奇机器人手术器械分为2组。对照组按照2004版《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》进行清洗,实验组按照消毒供应室专门制定的“达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗操作规程”进行清洗,使用用带光源放大镜和ATP生物荧光法检测器械清洁度。结果实验组清洗合格率为90.70%,功能完好率达100%,均高于对照组的75.58%和97.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严格按照制定的达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗标准操作规程执行,可确保器械清洗质量。 Objective To study the cleaning method of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments. Methods The Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments used in urology were divided into two groups. The control group was cleaned according to the 2004 version of “Endoscopic Cleaning and Disinfection Technology Practice”, and the experimental group was cleaned according to the “Da Vinci Robot Surgical Instrument Cleaning Procedure” specially formulated in the disinfection supply room. The control group was cleaned with a magnifying glass with a light source and ATP Fluorescence detection of instrument cleanliness. Results The qualified rate of cleaning in the experimental group was 90.70% and the functional intact rate was 100%, which were all higher than those in the control group (75.58% and 97.67%, respectively). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In strict accordance with the development of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments cleaning standard operating procedures to ensure the quality of instrument cleaning.
