目的探讨体外受精－胚胎移植（InvitrofertilizationandembryoTransferIVF－ET）治疗不孕症的效果。方法对18例不孕症妇女实施20周期IVF－ET治疗。采用BuserelinFSH／HMG／HCG或FSH／HMG／HCG方案控制起排卵，B型超声为主监测卵泡发育；阴道超声引导下穿刺取卵；上游法处理精液，Earle’s平衡盐液进行体外受精及增养。Tom导管进行宫腔内胚胎移植。结果均每周期取卵6．7个，卵细胞回收率74％，受精率88％，卵裂率74％，获4例临床妊娠．1例生化妊娠，妊娠率25％。结论IVF－ET是治疗输卵性不孕最有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of infertility treatment with InvitrofertilizationandembryoTransferIVF-ET. Methods Eighteen infertile women were treated with 20 cycles of IVF-ET. Ovulation was controlled by Buserelin FSH / HMG / HCG or FSH / HMG / HCG regimen; follicular development was mainly monitored by ultrasound B; vaginal ultrasound guided puncture and ovulation; and sperm and Earle’s balanced salt solution were used for in vitro fertilization and maintenance. Tom catheter for intrauterine embryo transfer. The results were 6.7 eggs per cycle, egg recovery rate of 74%, fertilization rate of 88%, cleavage rate of 74%, 4 cases of clinical pregnancy. 1 case of biochemical pregnancy, pregnancy rate of 25%. Conclusion IVF-ET is the most effective treatment of ovulation infertility.
