现今的高等教育大众化已经开始着手建立了多元开放的高等教育体系,这也就意味着,高等教育已经从封闭的情况逐渐的走向了对外部开放。此外,从国外学者埃德加·富尔在《学会生存——教育世界的今天与明天》中的研究来看,他认为,多元智力观的核心主要在于,认真地对待每一个个别差异。事实上,高职院校的学生和普通高等教育的学生,都存在着多元智能和差异,所以,高等职业教育本身就应该根据自身的办学条件,利用优势教育资源,更好的与智慧教育相融合,以实现根据学生的具体类型,来最大限度的发挥每个学生的优势智能的目的。
