本文沦述了应用在计算机数控(CNC)机床系统软件中的刀具半径补偿原理,针对实际加工中经常遇到的四种轮廓(直线—直线,直线—圆弧、圆弧—直线、圆弧—圆弧),提出了具体的算法,同时对刀具半径补偿的软件设计思想进行了详细说明。刀具半径补偿的算法是计算机数控机床的关键技术之一,本文描述的算法是应用在一个计算机数控机床中的成熟的算法,对于从事数控机床系统软件研究工作,具有一定的参考价值。
This paper describes the principle of tool radius compensation used in CNC machine tool system software. According to the four contours (straight-line, straight-line, arc-line, Arc), put forward a specific algorithm, at the same time, the tool radius compensation software design ideas were described in detail. The algorithm of tool radius compensation is one of the key technologies of computer numerical control machine tools. The algorithm described in this paper is a mature algorithm applied in a computer numerical control machine tool. It has a certain reference value for software research in CNC machine tool system.
