研究国产充油双峰相对分子质量分布乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)的生胶、混炼胶和硫化胶性能,并与传统单峰相对分子质量分布ESBR的性能作对比。结果表明:充油双峰相对分子质量分布ESBR中引入的小分子组分可以起到降低生热、改善加工性能、提高抗湿滑性能和耐低温性能等作用;相对于填充油,小分子组分有利于提高胶料的硫化速度和拉断伸长率,但胶料滚动阻力较大,玻璃化温度较高。充油双峰相对分子质量分布ESBR的应用还需进一步研究。
The properties of raw rubber, rubber compound and vulcanizate of biodistribution bimodal relative molecular mass distribution emulsion poly styrene butadiene rubber (ESBR) were investigated and compared with the performance of traditional unimodal relative molecular mass distribution ESBR. The results showed that the molecular weight distribution of the bimodal oil-filled double-peaked ESBRs could reduce the heat build-up, improve the processability, improve the wet skid resistance and low-temperature resistance. Compared with the oil- Sub-help to improve the vulcanization speed rubber and elongation at break, but the larger rubber rolling resistance, high glass transition temperature. The application of ESBR in bimodal oil-filled relative molecular mass distribution needs further study.
