Romanticism is an important stage in the evolution of mans seN-consciousness.It shows new interest in and new conc with man and nature.Wordsworth is well-known as a nature poet.The theme of human mind and nature in his pos has long attracted readers attention.However,he does not indulge in nature itself but takes it as consolation and inspiration for human kind.In order to highlight the poets conc with human mind,the present paper chooses to explore Wordsworths conc with childrens mind,based on the analysis of Wordsworths The Prelude and many of his poems about children.
