我院于1990年1月至12月,对220例中、晚期孕妇行B 超检查胎儿发育的同时,对孕妇双肾进行了声像图观察,其结果报道如下.1 资料与方法采用美国Zamax-1000型机械扇扫超声诊断仪,探头频率3.5MHz,孕妇取仰卧位,涂适量耦合剂,检查胎儿发育完毕,然后行侧卧位,以纵、横及冠状切面扫查双肾.必要时停帧、测量记录之。本组年龄22~36岁,平均24岁.中期妊娠120例,晚期100例,肾窦分离者68例,占受检人数的30.9%.其中均示右肾窦分离。B 超纵断面表现为双肾轮廓清晰,肾包膜光整,大小形态正常或稍增大,肾实质无明显改变.肾窦光带分离大于0.8cm,呈一管腔或不规则的暗区,横向扫查时示圆形或椭圆形,改变探头的位置时,可看到肾窦部位的多个暗区互相连通.其中1例双胎晚期妊娠者肾窦呈“掌形”分离.余肾窦内径分离为0.8~3.0cm.右侧输尿管上段扩张14例,内径0.7~1.8cm.68例中合并左肾窦分离9例,内径0.8~2.0cm,左侧输尿管未见扩张.有17例于产后40~90天行超声随访,声像图示肾窦恢复正常.

B super-longitudinal section showed a clear outline of the kidney, renal capsule finishing, the size of the shape of normal or slightly increased, no significant changes in renal parenchyma.The renal band of light greater than 0.8cm, was a lumen or irregular dark area , Transverse scan showed round or oval, change the probe position, you can see multiple dark areas of the renal sinus connected to each other.One case of late pregnancy twins of the kidney was “palm-shaped” separation. The diameter of the renal sinus was separated 0.8 ~ 3.0cm. The right upper ureteral dilatation in 14 cases, the inner diameter of 0.7 ~ 1.8cm.68 cases with left renal sinus separation in 9 cases, internal diameter 0.8 ~ 2.0cm, no expansion of the left ureter. Cases of 40 to 90 days postpartum ultrasound follow-up, sonographic sinus back to normal.
