本会从1993年6月换届以来,根据全国人大常委会和省人大常委会有关加快立法工作步伐的要求,制定了五年立法规划,在工作安排上坚持把立法工作放在首位,努力加快立法步伐。到目前为止,已制定法规39项(含修正的4项),完成本会五年立法规划项目总数(55个)的70.9%。两年多来,我们围绕提高立法的质量着重做了以下工作:一、总结实践经验,提高立法工作水平立法是一项十分复杂、难度较 Since its change of address in June 1993, this Council has formulated a five-year legislative plan based on the requirements of the NPC Standing Committee and the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee to speed up the pace of legislative work.
