中学教师继续教育是一项复杂的系统工程。了解中学教师的需求 ,科学安排教学内容 ,多渠道聘用师资 ,恰当地安排培训时间是继续教育必须把握的四个环节。调查发现 ,绝大部分教师出于提高自身教育教学能力的目的 ,对继续教育抱积极态度。继续教育的教学内容要做到“新”与“实”相结合 ,专题与研讨相结合 ,分阶段、分层次地解决中学教师工作中的问题 ,要建立一支专兼结合的师资队伍以确保继续教育取得成效
Continuing education for secondary school teachers is a complicated systematic project. Understanding the needs of middle school teachers, arranging teaching content scientifically, employing teachers in multiple channels and properly arranging training time are the four steps that must be grasped in continuing education.
