从臭灵丹[Laggeraplerodonta(DC.)Benth]地上部分的水煎浓缩液的氯仿、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇提取液中,通过反复硅胶柱层析及重结晶,分得4个化合物。经理化性质及光谱测定,分别鉴定为:臭灵丹二醇(pterodondiol)、臭灵丹三醇乙(pterodontriolB)、3’,4’,5-三轻基-3,6,7.三甲氧基黄酮(3’,4’,5-trihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone)和橙皮甙(hesperidin)。其中,后2个为首次从该植物中分离得到的化合物。
Four compounds were isolated from silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization from chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol extracts of the decocted concentrate of the aerial part of Laggeraplerodonta (DC.) Benth]. The managerial properties and spectral measurements were identified as: pterodondiol, pterodontriol B, 3’,4’,5-trihydroxy-3,6,7. Trimethoxyflavone (3’,4’,5-trihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxyflavone) and hesperidin. Among them, the latter two were compounds isolated from this plant for the first time.
