为探讨肝素治疗微循环中有微血栓,心电图有心肌损害的大鼠的疗效及可能的机理,我们用静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐的方法,复制有微血栓及心电图异常的大鼠模型,用肝素或盐水作对比治疗,结果显示:肝素治疗后,心电图有非常明显改善,提高的ST段基本恢复,原升高的血粘度,明显降低,肠系膜中红细胞的粘测、聚集明显减轻,微血栓数目明显减少,这可能是心肌缺血,缺氧改善的基础。但对此种“大鼠作心肌细胞膜上 Na~(+)- K~(+)- ATP酶活性测定的结果表明,此酶活性有上升趋势,与盐水组相比,酶活性无明显差异,提示心肌细胞膜上Na~(+)泵的恢复较心电图改善,微血栓减少慢,强调在用肝素治疗后,心电图改善之初,还需加强心肌保护,促使心肌细胞膜上纳泵的早期恢复治疗.

It is emphasized that after the treatment of heparin, the cardioprotection should be strengthened at the beginning of ECG improvement.
