丹江口水库被选为第一期工程来解决汉江的防洪、灌溉、发电、航运等任务及解决长江部份防洪任务,已在汉江流域规划报告及长江流域规划要点报告中得到全面的论证。本文仅系汇集丹江口水库建成后初期运转的蓄水量保证率曲线的绘制,并据此以求出水库逐年动能指标的具体计算方法以及一些原则问题的处理等方面加以整理而成。由于计算中考虑的问题繁多,采用的方法多系在工作中摸索而得,是不够成熟的。但因此类工作,正在大量展开,故撰成此文,供进一步深入研究的参考。限于笔者水平,不当之处,希读者教正。当水库有效库容与其所调节的正常迳流量相对地较大时,则水库的充蓄将较为缓慢。这样就必然影响到水库初期运转时的各种动能指标。尤其是开
