在企业的发展中,不仅仅需要企业有强大的硬件实力,更加需要企业中存在自己的文化,只有把企业的文化建设和文化发展作为企业实力提升重要因素来看待,才能全身心地投入到文化建设中去。文化能为企业带来强大的凝聚力,更能使企业培养出自己的底蕴,从而感染每一个员工和与企业接触的每一个人,保证企业能够充满应对新挑战的信心和活力。现通过对民营企业文化软实力建设的缺失及其规制进行分析,主要目的是为企业文化建设总结出存在的问题,并予以妥善处理,从而使企业的软实力建设能得到长足的进步。
