国内很多6度、7度地震区发生了较大的地震甚至特大地震,部分地区的地震烈度超过设防大震烈度1~4度。砌体结构是我国房屋的主要结构形式之一,在巨震中破坏、倒塌严重。砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构是针对上述问题提出的一种新型砌体结构。通过对砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构在小震的弹性分析,在中震、大震、巨震中的push-over弹塑性分析,并基于砌体结构在地震中的实际震害,通过对砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构的抗震概念分析,得到以下结论:结合地震逃生的需要,在砌体中布置钢筋混凝土筒体作为避难单元,是一种有效的巨震应对措施。砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构能够较大幅度地减少层间位移角,进而有效地提高砌体结构的整体抗震性能;砌体-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构能够实现“巨震,(避难单元)不倒”的抗震性能目标,可以为地震逃生人员提供一个可靠的地震避难空间。从而可在现有的经济条件下实现砌体房屋结构抗高烈度地震的性能。

Through the analysis of the elasticity of the masonry-reinforced concrete core tube structure in small earthquakes and the push-over elasto-plastic analysis of the medium earthquakes, the large earthquakes and the great earthquakes, and based on the actual damage of masonry structures in earthquakes, Body-reinforced concrete core structure of the anti-seismic concept analysis, the following conclusions: In combination with the need of earthquake escapement, laying of reinforced concrete in the masonry as a refuge unit, is an effective measures to deal with a huge earthquake. The masonry-reinforced concrete core tube structure can greatly reduce the displacement angle between layers, thus effectively improving the overall seismic performance of the masonry structure. The masonry-reinforced concrete core tube structure can realize “huge earthquake (asylum unit) Do not Fall ”earthquake resistance target, can provide a reliable earthquake refugee earthquake refuge space. Thus, it is possible to realize the performance of high seismicity of masonry buildings under the current economic conditions.
