镁与心脏疾病及镁盐的临床应用

镁(Mg~(++))是人体细胞内仅次干钾的阳离子。近年来,已证实三大物质代谢、许多酶的活性、能量产生、离子运转、神经肌肉兴奋性的调节以及DNA合成都需要Mg~(++)参加;临床上用镁盐治疗顽固性支气管哮喘及与甘露醇合用治疗输尿管结石,已取得满意疗效。本文就镁与充血性心力衰竭和心律失常的关系及镁盐的临床应用情况综述如下。 Magnesium (Mg ~ (++)) is the only secondary potassium cation in human cells. In recent years, it has been confirmed that Mg ~ (++) is involved in the metabolism of the three major substances, the activity of many enzymes, energy production, ion transport, regulation of neuromuscular excitability, and DNA synthesis; And combined with mannitol in the treatment of ureteral calculi, has achieved satisfactory results. This article on magnesium and congestive heart failure and arrhythmia and clinical application of magnesium salt are summarized below.
