甲状腺机能亢进(下简称甲亢)并发精神病临床上比较少见,而且容易误诊。我院于1975年12月～1978年8月,门诊误诊为精神分裂症等病而收入住院者共10例,现报道如下。一般资料一、性别和年龄:10例患者均为女性。年龄19～27岁,平均23.1岁。二、既往史和家族史:10例患者中,除2例患过肾盂肾炎,1例患过血小板减少性紫癜外,其余健康。家族史:除1例患者姐姐有精神病史外,其余两 Hyperthyroidism (hereinafter referred to as hyperthyroidism) complicated by psychiatric clinics are relatively rare, and easily misdiagnosed.
