在碱性条件下,4-硝基重氮苯与盐酸异丙肾上腺素发生偶合反应,生成一种黄绿色产物。基于这一原理,建立了顺序注射分光光度法快速测定盐酸异丙肾上腺素的新方法。通过计算机控制系统程序,数据的采集和处理用FIAlab5.0软件进行。系统研究了顺序注射控制程序、进样顺序、反应管及流速、多种试剂的注入体积和浓度的影响以及pH值的影响。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围是0.050~1.0μg/mL,检出限为0.03μg/mL,每小时可进样36次,每次分析仅消耗试剂0.105mL。相对标准偏差为3.0%(0.8μg/mL盐酸异丙肾上腺素,n=11)。干扰实验发现,一些常见的化学物质和药物添加剂不影响测定,本方法已用于水样、尿样、药物中异丙肾上腺素的测定,回收率在96.3%~103%之间。t-检测证明与药物标示量相符。
Under basic conditions, 4-nitrodibenzene is coupled with isoproterenol hydrochloride to produce a yellow-green product. Based on this principle, a new method for the rapid determination of isoproterenol hydrochloride by sequential injection spectrophotometry was established. Computer control system through the program, data acquisition and processing with FIAlab5.0 software. The effects of sequential injection control procedures, injection sequence, reaction tubes and flow rates, injection volume and concentration of multiple reagents, and pH were systematically investigated. Under the best conditions, the linear range of the method was 0.050 ~ 1.0μg / mL, the detection limit was 0.03μg / mL, 36 samples could be injected per hour, and only 0.105mL reagent was consumed in each analysis. The relative standard deviation was 3.0% (0.8 μg / mL isoproterenol hydrochloride, n = 11). Interference experiments found that some common chemicals and pharmaceutical additives do not affect the determination of the method has been used for water samples, urine samples, the determination of isoproterenol in drugs, the recovery was between 96.3% ~ 103%. t-test proved consistent with the amount of drug labeling.
