为了提升高职院校辅导员管理绩效,有必要针对高职院校辅导员制度的建设进行分析。因此,笔者在分析新制度经济学中的制度效率理论基础上,详细探讨了高职院校辅导员制度的现状,提出高职院校辅导员制度发生效率递减的四大风险,相应地从建立辅导员档案、完善管理制度体系和采取科学激励措施三方面规避高职院校辅导员制度效率递减风险,以期进一步完善高职院校辅导员制度。
In order to improve the management performance of counselors in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to analyze the construction of counselors system in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the theory of institutional efficiency in new institutional economics, the author discusses the status quo of counselors in higher vocational colleges in detail and puts forward four risks of decreasing efficiency in higher vocational colleges. Correspondingly, Counselor files, improve the management system and the use of scientific incentives to avoid the inefficiency of counselors in higher vocational institutions to reduce the efficiency of the system, with a view to further improve the system of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
