目的:探讨米非司酮联合利凡诺用于晚期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法:对本医院2009年12月至2011年12月收治的200例晚期妊娠引产手术患者进行随机分组,分为对照组与观察组。对照组共有患者100例,单纯使用利凡诺,采用经腹羊膜腔内注射,用为量100mg。观察组有患者100例,口服米非司酮50mg,每隔12小时服用一次,总量150mg。利凡诺用量为50mg,使用方法与对照组相同。结果:从用药1次的流产有效率比较来看,对照组与观察组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察组的胎儿娩出时间、胎盘娩出时间及总产程均明显低于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察组的产后出血量虽然少于对照组,但没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组的清宫率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),存在显著差异。结论:米非司酮联合利凡诺用于晚期妊娠引产的效果良好,在促进宫颈成熟、明显缩短引产总产程中的作用显著,减轻了患者的流产痛苦,更为重要的是提高了引产的有效率和成功率,使胎盘、胎膜残留明显减少,清宫率明显降低。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone and rivanol in induction of labor during late pregnancy. Methods: A total of 200 patients with late pregnancy induced labor who were admitted to our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. A total of 100 patients in the control group, the simple use of rivanol, the use of transabdominal amniotic injection, with the amount of 100mg. The observation group of patients with 100 cases, oral mifepristone 50mg, taken once every 12 hours, the total 150mg. Rivanol dosage of 50mg, use the same method with the control group. Results: Compared with the control group and observation group, there was significant difference (P <0.01). In the observation group, the time of delivery of the fetus, the time of delivery of the placenta and the duration of delivery were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Although the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The curettage rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), with significant differences. Conclusions: Mifepristone combined with rivanol has a good effect on induction of labor in late pregnancy. It plays a significant role in promoting cervical ripening, significantly shortening the productive process of induced labor, alleviating the miscarriage of patients, and more importantly, increasing the incidence of induced labor Efficacy and success rate, the placenta, fetal membranes significantly reduced residue, significantly reduced the rate of Qing.
