信息技术的发展为高校的科研成果管理赋予了许多崭新的特征,为适应当前高校科研管理工作现代化、科学化和规范化的需求.本研究以政治与历史学院科研成果管理平台为例,搭建政治与历史学院科研成果管理平台,对学院科研成果资源进行整合管理.该平台主要用于设计和开发的工具为DreamWeaverCC,用到的技术有JavaScript、CSS、PHP和MySQL数据库等来实现项目的数据系统,方便教师上传和管理自己的科研成果,充分扩大学术科研交流,激发教师科研动力,促进科研成果管理良性循环.

各类基于生物识别的信息化应用已逐渐普及,但高校人员众多且学生在校期间容貌变化较大,照片更新频繁,人工管理方法难以满足信息化环境下的照片维护需求。对此,本文结合山东大学信息化实践,介绍基于生物特征平台的人员照片管理系统,师生通过平台自助更新照片,平台对照片进行统一管理,加强隐私保护,作为各类信息化应用唯一、标准的照片来源。
