学生能否主动参与学习过程。在很大程度上取决于教师“导”的优劣。如何“导”?叶圣陶先生精辟地指出:“所谓教师之主导作用,益在善于引导启迪,使学生自奋其力,自致其知,非谓教师滔滔讲说,学生默默聆受。”并明确指出:“故教师之为教,不在全盘授与,而在相机诱导,必令学生运其才智,勤其练习,领悟之源广开,纯熟之源弥深,乃为善教者也。”因此,我们在教学中要认真贯彻启发式原则,在知识的关键处设问,在思考的转折处设问,在理解的疑问处设问,在规律的探求中设问。创设情境、巧妙设问,激发学生探索求知的欲望,将学习愿望变为学习行动。只有当学生喜欢学,要求学,有迫切的学习愿望时,才有可能自觉积极地投入到学习活动中去。
