本文提供了家兔桡骨及其加热样品的红外光谱。根据红外光谱资料,讨论了骨矿物的无机成分和矿化过程。实验结果表明,比值I_(1600cm~(-1))/I_(571cm~(-1))对新骨生长时间的关系曲线,可以作为新骨钙化(新骨长成)的一种标志。
This article provides IR spectra of rabbit radius and its heated samples. According to the infrared spectrum data, the mineral composition and mineralization process of bone mineral are discussed. The experimental results show that the ratio of I 1600cm -1 / 571cm -1 to the growth of new bone can be used as a marker of new bone calcification.
