病历摘要患者××,男,46岁,甘肃籍,军马场职工,1977年10月5日入内科,住院号142623。自1976年8月起出现疲乏,消瘦,食欲减退,并有短期尿频、尿急,尿呈浓茶色,经对症处理后尿系症状消失。其他症状仍存。至1977年3月上述消化道症状加重,检查肝功不正常,按“肝炎”治疗,但效果不明显。于1977年6月开始出现发热,体温持续在37～39℃之间,且伴有全身大关节痛,无红肿。化验检查:血红蛋白7.8克,血沉120毫米/小时,肝功:白蛋白2.0,球蛋白
