骨挫伤作为隐匿性损伤,一般不能被X线、普通 CT所诊断。虽然核医学对骨损伤检测敏感性很高,超声对于骨损伤周围软组织改变具有较高的敏感性,但两者对于骨损伤诊断的特异度均不高。磁共振成像( MRI)是目前检测骨挫伤的主要影像学方法,但临床上不是所有关节创伤患者均能进行常规MRI检查。双能CT( DECT)可通过虚拟去钙技术对骨髓病灶评估,快捷地判断是否存在可能的骨挫伤。 DECT对骨挫伤的诊断是对MRI的重要补充。“,”Bone bruise is commonly used to define an occult bone lesions,which cannot be detected via direct examination methods,such as X-ray,conventional CT.Bone scintigraphy is generally regarded as sensi-tive but nonspecific.Ultrasound is sensitive for the detection of soft tissue changes around bone injuries but is also nonspecific.In evaluating the musculoskeletal system for soft-tissue and bone abnormalities after trauma, MRI is an excellent imaging modality.However, MRI is not routinely performed in all patients with joint trauma in the clinical setting.Dual energy CT(DECT) can evaluate the bone marrow lesions by virtual decal-cification technology,to quickly determine whether there is a possible bone bruise,which is an important sup-plement to MRI for the diagnosis of bone trauma.
